Key job responsibilities - As a key member of the Account and Professional Services teams, ensure success in designing, building, optimizing, transforming or migrating, customers workloads to AWS platform Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS; - Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS while ensuring such solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud and drive business outcomes; - Author or otherwise contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers and proof of concepts; - In partnership with the Professional Services leadership and account team, formulate and execute a strategy to accelerate customer outcomes through the adoption of AWS in conjunction with Professional Services engagements; - Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within customers to enable them to be cloud advocates; - Capture and share best-practice knowledge, sales and delivery content amongst the AWS Professional Services community. This is a customer facing role. You be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services when needed. Key job responsibilities Expertise - Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn and use AWS services such as Athena, Glue, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB NoSQL, Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon EMR and Amazon Redshift, etc. Solutions - Deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in pre-sales on-site visits, understanding customer requirements, creating packaged Data \u0026 Analytics service offerings. Delivery - Engagements include short on-site projects proving the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions that often span private cloud and public cloud services. Engagements will include migration of existing applications and development of new applications using AWS cloud services.
